Sandboxed, Stateful, Serverless Agents on Kubernetes

Pod-per-agent on Kubernetes does not scale. Untrusted agents need isolation. Idle agents waiting on tools or human and other agent interactions waste cluster capacity.

I showed how Agent Substrate is the new the execution layer for agentic workloads on top of Kubernetes, yielding higher density and sandboxed agent multiplexing. Then, I discussed how we rebuilt Kagent on Agent Substrate as the control plane for harness and framework agents.
